Customer service is severely slow if you get any support at all. I’m still waiting. Got the number after jumping a few hoops. They collected my money and some extra as a deposit and haven’t even used the number so not sure if it even works. People say they are calling but never forwards or connects. No sms either. I thought it was working but had a friend try calling it and it still doesn’t. So I’ve been paying for nothing apparently. Still haven’t heard back after creating a ticket for customer service 3 tickets with them actually. Let’s see what happens… so far seems like a fraud.l and I can’t recommend this and need to warn my friends who are about to sign up. Update: after 2 weeks it seems they had some technical difficulties and someone reached out to me and corrected the problems after reading my review thanks to trust pilot they have resolved the issues and we are moving forward using their service. ——- Update they are up to the same shinnanagans. Charging my card when a service doesn’t even work and not refunding me, but they apparently have a new platform they want me to switch to where they can credit me. What about the last six months of no service? They offered a one month credit on the new platform, but why would I sign up for something that doesn’t work and they knew it wasn’t working but they didn’t forget to charge my card. That’s for sure. Avoid the service unless you like headaches and throwing money away.

Signed up took 3 days for them to reply asking for company documents. Duly provided and then no reply for a week and no processing. Maybe this is a scam. I guess I’ll never get my $15 back

Customer service non-existent. If you don't chase them, they won't do anything. Seems like a one man show. They couldn't source a number for me, which is fine, but no reason as to why. Give them a miss.

The primary issue stems from slow and unreliable customer support, which appears to be managed by a very limited team—potentially even a single individual—resulting in long delays of weeks to resolve issues. The pricing model is subscription-based in USD and is not particularly affordable. Additionally, FlyNumber's inventory of mobile phone numbers is limited, which is a significant drawback. While I appreciate their drag-and-drop call routing PBX system powered by phone.systems, their default lack of encryption options complicates security, and requesting encryption to be enabled can be an arduous process. The one positive feature I found noteworthy is their ability to reactivate terminated numbers, which is relatively uncommon among similar providers.

It took two weeks and a support ticket to get our first phone number activated. Refused to refund another, cancelled order to our PayPal account. Even more: the PayPal subscription for the cancelled order kept running month after month. No reaction on support tickets and mails until I wrote this Trustpilot review. I had to file a case with PayPal to get refunded for the cancelled order. FlyNumber charges money and does deliver the ordered service. Refusing to refund. I ordered a phone number and paid for the subscription and some prepaid balance. The phone number did not get allocated after two days. I knew through the reviews here that this could take some time. As I actually changed my mind and wanted a phone number from another region, I cancelled that first order and created a second one (again including some prepaid balance). I supposed that the first order would be refunded upon cancellation. However, nothing happened. I wrote a support ticket on the website and the number got finally activated, after two weeks waiting. The money from the cancelled order was not refunded. It was added to my "prepaid balance". But I didn't need any extra prepaid balance, I wanted a refund. The owner/support of FlyNumber just ignored all my messages and didn't respond anymore. Worse, one month later, my Paypal account was charged again, with the monthly subscription fee for the CANCELLED order. That money was added again to the "Prepaid balance". So the PayPal subscription was not cancelled upon cancelling or ending the service and it kept on taking monthly subscription fees for a service I never had. Finally, I filed a dispute at PayPal and got my money back from them. Then I wrote this review here on Trustpilot and suddenly the people at FlyNumber wakened up and responded to my support tickets and e-mail. However, I believe good service should be given - without two weeks waiting time for processes that should be fully automated; - without the need for negative reviews to shake up the support people. And I find "refunding" to the internal "prepaid balance" unacceptable when I explicitly ask to be fully refunded in cash, to PayPal. Maybe this was a single experience, not up to FlyNumbers normal standard, as they claim. However, it was my experience, so I share it as it happened.

It's a scam! It's been more than ten days and I am still not able to use the service. Reading their instructions on their website seems like you instantly get a number and start using it. Unfortunately, it felt like a scam in the beginning due to not getting responses and weird feedback about the payment I conducted; it took more than a day to see the money in my balance. Now, I have got a number from them but inactive and cannot be used yet! They say it'll be activated "shortly". It's been a day since then. I have a very urgent situation that I am already delayed by two days and I still don't know the quality of the service when it's activated, if ever so. Lately, they informed to send further documents regarding my address, ..., so, it a false claim that you don't need to waste time in registration and so ... The way the process goes on does not make me trust these guys so I decided not to send them any further information about myself and just cancel the subscription. They stopped responding anyhow! I couldn't find an option to cancel my subscription online and sent them, they don't respond, though! In short, it's completely unreliable dealing with such a provider if you're in an urgent situation, at least. I'd stick to the ordinary mobile providers even if it is more expensive when it comes to reliability.

After 8 years of using this firm, they have suddenly started charging me 25 times (yes, 25x) the per minute rate that I've always paid for calls to the UK and have the audacity to try and suggest I'm somehow wrong about the rates. Absolute crooks. Update: and now a disingenuous reply - they did refund to the account, but refused to refund to my PayPal so I'm stuck with the crooks while I run that balance down. They also decided that increasing the rates 25x despite the rates on their website being the same as I'd paid for eight years previously was down to "confusing text" - there's nothing confusing about it, it just contradicted their desired position so they edited it. Here's the actual email from them: Email from Flynumber: ... The rates when you were on the old phone system were not what you’re seeing in the current per min rate page. The line you quoted is confusing and we have changed it. We were trying to say on this page is info for both. As a courtesy and only on this account we have added $100 credit for this, I really hope you can give us a chance to restore your faith in our company. We also noticed a negative review on Trustpilot, this really does hurt us Adrian and respectfully request you edit the rating (or remove) please

Express warning regarding Flynumber.com! We would like to take this opportunity to urgently warn other users about the Flynumber.com service. We have been waiting in vain for a refund of our prepaid credit since November 2023. Despite repeated requests to their general support email address, all our support requests have been systematically ignored for months. The basic problem is that the annual fee to be paid for subscription renewals is not taken from the prepaid credit, which makes the deposit of the prepaid credit generally completely useless, hence the request for reimbursement. All inquiries in this regard, but also in other technical and administrative areas, remain unanswered for months. A non-existent customer service that is really borderline bad.
