John, the Just Fly rep informed me of the standby ticket I had purchased & I didnt realize I had done so. He was a great help to me by finding the right ticket at an affordable cost. I really appreciated it. The layovers weren't to bad. The airports had no TSA or ICE issues. So all in all, my roundtrip flights went pretty well.

For my first experience I must say it was amazing! Dean was absolutely great! Very patient with any questions or concerns. Which made it so easy for my first solo trip although I was nervous! I am very thankful and will definitely book with you all in the future!
