I have been in contact with my lawyer. They will be issued a letter stating that this matter will go to court. The company failed to realize they sent an email stating that a refund has been initiated. At this very moment, there has been no refund and they lied in response to the review stating that it was the airline. That turned out to be a lie. The airline stated they never had a ticket for me. Why would you initiate a refund but never send it? Now lawyers are involved due to scamming good people out of their hard earned money.

Quiero comentar que inicialmente compre un vuelo ida y vuelta directo, y con base a esa compra alquile un vehículo y hotel, sin embargo un día antes de viajar me cambiaron el vuelo y este salio mas tarde y con una escala, la cual me hizo perder un dia de alquiler de vehículo y una noche de hotel porque el vuelo llego en la madrugada del dia siguiente. Sin embargo debo de admitir que el ejecutivo y asesor Travel de vuelos Travel El Sr Luis Garcia, el es definitivamente el punto alto, siempre se mantuvo en contacto, me dio seguimiento de principio a fin, incluso cuando llegue a pensar que no iba a poder realizar el viaje, siempre me llamo, contesto todos mis mensajes, fue un gran asesor, que se gano toda mi confianza y estoy totalmente convencido que todos mis futuros vuelos, paseos familiares los tramitare a través de Luis Garcia, quien es un excelente asesor.

My agent Dean was very nice and helped me when I was nervous. All the reviews made me think I was getting scammed. I had always paid before I read them. Needless to say I had no reason to worry. My ticket arrived quick and the process was smooth and eased my worries. I deff will be purchasing tickets from Fly Bix in the future! Thanks Dean!
