Pesimo mi servicio. Para ser estafa.

Could not reach customer service through email nor phone calls. After three days we reached a live person twice only to be disconnected or put back on hold for twenty minutes and then being disconnected. If it ever was a valid company it is a scam now

I had a very disappointing experience with Flybix. I purchased tickets , but I never received the tickets I paid for. Attempts to get assistance and resolve the issue were unsuccessful, leaving me without valid travel documents and out of the money I spent. I would not recommend using this service based on my experience. Be cautious and verify everything before making a purchase.Spoke to Jerry and Shawn Smith in regards to reservations they are both scammers

I expected the cost of the ticket to be cheap. It was not. I was told not to make changes within the airline’s app until I see a representative at the airline’s counter. I am glad that I made the necessary changes (select seat and added a bundle to the ticket) because the flight was a full flight and I would have missed the opportunity to select seats. The cost went from $260 to over $700.

I have been in contact with my lawyer. They will be issued a letter stating that this matter will go to court. The company failed to realize they sent an email stating that a refund has been initiated. At this very moment, there has been no refund and they lied in response to the review stating that it was the airline. That turned out to be a lie. The airline stated they never had a ticket for me. Why would you initiate a refund but never send it? Now lawyers are involved due to scamming good people out of their hard earned money.

Horrible . Its a scam company. They offered a ridiculously cheap airplane ticket and took all my information . 2 hours later a very mean and agressive guy named Luis Garcia with Brazilian accent called me to tell me that the ticket I bought was not available and not confirmed the minute I asked if tgis was a scam he started yelling and insulted me ans cussed at me . I believe this website is out theee to steal people's information . Try to avoid it...!!!

This whole process was stressful, and our flight back was changed to 12 hours BEFORE our original flight. I’m really not too happy about to experience at all.
