The promo codes, free expedited shipping and no taxes ! Didn’t give 5 stars b/c the chat wouldn’t continue w/o my email address and I didn’t want to give it for a simple question. I called and had 2 of my 3 questions answered today and placed my order. Hopefully I’ll get my 3rd answer shortly. Had no idea company is in Hong Kong.

I have not gotten the product so I will reserve mu judgement in that area. but purchasing experience was good. Did use chat several times to get answers and each time I am satisfied with the response.

I loved the sconces, however, the tassels were missing. I was told they would be sent to me but haven't received them after 3 weeks.

The light is what I expected, and it looks good in the intended spot. My only suggestion is that you should include at least one additional set screw because they are microscopic, and if you drop it, it is very very very hard to find.

I was happy to find the exact outdoor column lights that we like on your website. The navigation was easy and checkout was straightforward. I did find the discounts you offered misleading. Evidently you do not get a new customer discount if you get the multi light discount. I tried your call center and they were not helpful at all. I am hopeful that the lights will ship quickly and arrive undamaged.
