FlyachillesReviews of flyachilles.com

The website is well done and resonates style and quality. the software is user friendly. It would be helpful if when checking out you have the remove option. It makes it easier and faster. I have not seen the items but looking forward.

While I haven't received my order, they had the same ceiling fans in all the sizes I needed for my apartment, which is what I wanted...a cohesive look.

The ordering process was easy from start to finish. Payment process was a breeze. The package tracking email told us exactly when to expect receipt.

I purchased 2 of the Striped Glass Cylinder Lights from Fly Achilles. The lights arrived damaged as they are fragile and I believe they were most likely damaged in shipping. However, when I contacted Fly Achilles Customer Service (Cleudia and Miracle) and explained what happened, the response was extremely helpful and polite. The team sent me replacement glass rods that were simple for me to replace myself. I have a very high bar for customer service and both Cleudia and Miracle exceeded my expectations. I will most certainly purchase from Fly Achilles again in the near future. Thank you Cleudia and Mircacle for caring about your customers and taking care of issues quickly and effectively!

NOT REALLY! This company sucks! I had to put 5 stars because this tricky company only shows 5 stars! I wrote the same thing in the 1 star. I bought four lights! 3 worked, 1 didn’t. I explained that three lights worked as advertised. 1 was defective. I asked could I get a refund or happily exchange it. They wrote me and said ….”take a picture of one that works and the one doesn’t…..” over and over. No matter what I said they said they would have to see the one that works beside the one that doesn’t and we can go from there! We can then talk about an exchange or refund. I wrote a review on their website with 1 star but their website only shows 5 stars. So I re-wrote it under 5 stars so people can see that they suck! You have 7 days to cancel once you get them. I told them they’re all boxed up. If with your next bullsh*t email doesn’t have a return address. I will throw them in the trash and call my credit card company to stop payment. Same email again. I’m calling the bank

The website is masterful. Uniform from product page to product page. Clean. Big photos. One thought: DC motors in ceiling fans are a selling point. That was rarely (ever?) mentioned. You should.

Great filter. Excellent photo and details of the fixture. For example, photos of the light patterns of the lights help choices. More info on mounting details would be helpful.

Ordering was easy and all my many question on the multicolored LED light prior to ordering were quickly answered via emails. Product was exactly as pictured and looked great!
