The communication is difficult. And the delivery is arduously long and not convenient.

Incredibly slow processing and delivery. Survey is asking about my experience before I’ve even seen the product which is an indication to me that the process is slower than the company even expected. Ordered nearly a month ago and hopefully will see the fan this week.

Update: I purchased 2 outdoor glass brick solar lights to place under a statue. The first one stopped working after one day, the second one stopped working after 2 days. Initially I did not hear back after emailing customer service, and when I called was told it had to be done through email (seems odd). However, within 3 days from my original email I did hear back from customer service, and they were very helpful. They asked me to fully charge the lights again in daylight, which I did but which unfortunately did not resolve the issue (one remained non-working, and one only remained lighted for a day before not working again). Customer service then promptly refunded me the full amount and were very polite. Of course, I would have rather had a product that worked ... I was planning to purchase other FlyAchilles lights but I am hesitant now.

I ordered on July 9th. On July 14th, I asked when my order is going to shipped since I hadn't heard back from them about a ship date. On July 15th they got back to me and said the following: Please note the following: The tracking number will be updated on your order page within 3 days. Estimated delivery time is 20–25 business days. Tracking updates usually appear around 20 business days after shipment, once customs clearance is completed. Estimated delivery date is around the 15th of next month. I replied and said their website says "Fast Shipping" and I wanted a refund. They replied: "Please note that your order was placed with standard shipping, which was clearly presented as one of the available options at checkout alongside expedited shipping. We have fulfilled the order according to the shipping method selected by you. That said, if you are unable to accept the current delivery timeline, we will do our best to intercept the package and cancel the order. Once the interception is successful and the package is returned to us, we will issue a full refund immediately. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re here to assist throughout the process." I said I would request a cancellation of the charge from my credit card company and they replied saying they would refund the charge, which they did. Their website says standard shipping is 15-20 days and it's free. Express shipping was $159 and that was 5-7 days. No where on the site did it say the shipment would be 30+ days and that they would not be able to give you certainty of the date even 4+ days after you ordered. I say 30+ days because the order was on the 9th and they said it may arrive around the middle of the following months. Another thing that was odd was the customer service chat couldn't tell me when it would ship. I had to wait while they talked to the logistics department and then they came back and said they would email me in 24 hours. Follow up: I see your reply and I agree and appreciate that you did act quickly to give me a refund and I understand that you may have unforseen circumstances.

The Flyachilles lights are very nice and work well. However both the installation instructions and the remote were only written in Chinese. I reached out to the service organization and they reverted with English translations, but these should have been included with the shipment.

Smaller than I expected or hoped for and made in China, which always worries me...so many products that come from China are poorly made.

Based on the product information provided on the FlyAchilles site, I initially rated the Waterproof LED Solar Multi-zoom Spot Light Landscape Lighting as an 8/10 before purchase. However, after receiving and installing the product, my rating significantly dropped to 5/10. The light was limited by the size of the solar panel, which may not be able to store enough power, and it may be brighter under longer direct sunlight. After consulting with them, the problem has been resolved.

Delivery took slightly over 2 weeks. The product looks as described and photographed. I've had them two days and so they have worked for 2 days. edited November 14. The lights are still working and I like them. I was hoping they would do more but for small solar lights they are fine and the price was good.
