All Flyachilles outdoor pendant lights are inspected before shipment and securely packaged. However, shipping damage can occasionally occur in transit. In such cases, we always encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with replacements or solutions. Regarding installation instructions, our outdoor pendant lights are standard hardwired fixtures designed to be installed by a licensed electrician, and installation guidance is available upon request. We regret if this was not clearly communicated in your case. Our return and after-sales policy does require that any damage or issues be reported within 45 days of delivery so we can properly verify and assist. Unfortunately, requests submitted beyond this timeframe fall outside our policy coverage, which limits what we can authorize. That said, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
