I appreciate your kind words and laugh out loud how I and the opposing party kept mixing up your name :). Not every account is as "easy" as yours, nevertheless it still took some persistence and follow through to hit this one over the head to get the SOJ filed with the court. I know other firms may have charged a couple of grand for that and I am proud that we designed a way to do that for just a fraction. I am glad your nightmare with this matter is finally over. Thank you Ken! I'd like to share a little of your back story here because it's people like you that make this job absolutely worth it!: Ken found FluxCredit in January of 2018. He needed help with a creditor lawsuit and we instantly jumped in to settle that for him. Along the way we discovered that he had approximately 10 other defaulted debts and we immediately took action to stave off future legal filings. We worked all these cases out within Ken's budget to full satisfaction. Along the way, we certainly formed a telephonic bond. Ken was very interested in going to a convention in Chicago in 2019 but he had never booked a flight before. The flights he found were over $500 round trip, but we booked one for him for less than half of that! Further, he was short on funds and we advanced him. He had the time of his life and good thing, because who knew Covid was lurking around the corner, which would have made this an impossible trip in 2020. By early 2020, Ken was nearly complete with his settlement program. We furthered his progression along by introducing him to a new secured credit card. By the summer, he was fully graduated with cash in savings and a 700+ credit score! Recently I heard back from Ken and helped him at no charge with one additional item. This is a promise that we make - bond for a lifetime with Flux; we'll always be there for you. This has truly been an awarding experience helping Ken. Good Luck to you sir in the future and as always, you know how to reach me if you need anything or just want to say hi. -Jeremy

Thanks Ronny. I never had a chance to speak with you myself but it looks like our team came together and made it happen for you. I see you're from OH-IO! Same Here! If you ever want us to do a quick view of your credit, please let us know. No Charge. Always best to identify any potential issues before they get to the level that yours reached. Fortunately we had a relationship with that firm so we were able to achieve something reasonable. Glad you were satisfied. I truly appreciate all the great comments from everyone! Very Happy to Help! I remember that call - and the next call when you were decorating the Christmas Tree with your family. I'm glad that we could help. It comes down to determination and hard work on your end as well to pull it off. I wish we could have spoken a few months prior because that may have shaved thousands more. All good though because we are still saving you money and handling these matters to ensure they are filed properly. Seriously, thank you for your kind words. I really appreciate that because we really do try to do the best that we can at all times - all the time!
