I completed the Zero to Dangerous program and was highly impressed by the content, coaches and overall value. The content quality was first class - very well presented and so easy to consume and understand. Where the course really came into its own though was the coaching element, both individual sessions and group settings. My coach was outstanding and offered many great insights. The lessons I learned over the course of the program have had a tangible impact in how I focus, how I execute, and how I achieve the most meaningful goals in my personal and professional realms. The ability to focus, intently, on what's most important, avoiding distraction, is probably the most recognizable output from the course. I now feel more intent, focused and calmer as a result of the tools and techniques I learned. Highly recommend!

Every program that I've taken so far with the Flow Research Collective has been amazing! Zero to Dangerous was life changing. Truly did take me to another level. The coaches are fantastic, and the cohort are focused on working together to get out of the weeds and into flow. You will realize your purpose and do something about it. Climbing Mount Bold helped me focus on what was next in my career and my life. Coaches are incredible and use tactics to make your vision clearer. Cohort is on a similar journey, and you will learn so much from them. Enter the Gnar is focused on high performance aging and has changed my mind set and body for the better. Steven Kotler is an inspiration. Taking High Flow Coaching now and the resources are incredible. Every video, conversation with your coach, practice sessions with your pod are exactly what you need to put everything to use. These folks at the Flow Research Collective know what they are doing, and they are focused on YOU.

I engaged the FRC Zero To Dangerous (ZTD) program to improve my productivity, focus and success. The program provided excellent tools, training and recommendations that I quickly implemented and experienced great improvements quickly. Since taking ZTD, I am able to maintain productive flow states, understand how to get into them and how to recover. I highly recommend this training.

Zero to Dangerous is a well-articulated, highly-detailed, useful program for executives and individuals looking to help define their goals, increase productivity, and generate greater success. Pluses: - Solid one-on-one support/coaching (Arlene Bauer is knowledegable and very easy to talk to) - Good group dynamics. Weekly calls with a group of 20-25 professionals, with solid insights and experience to help relate the lessons Negatives: - There is so much material, it is hard to really get through everything in 8 weeks. Means rushing and my cohort is still meeting to cover things which we didn't have time to dig into when were on the course - Wanted to continue with my coach. Instead, they tried to cross-sell me a program which cost 7x what I paid for Zero to Dangerous. They speak about a relationship, but when I told them I thought that was high, the marketing people never called me back. Also was supposed to speak to Rian Doris (the CEO) to talk about various initiatives - he was made unavailable. As an executive with my own firm, I would expect leadership to be present (or at least not overpromise such availability). All that said, have already recommended this to a number of people I know.

The FRC content is relevant and can immediately be implemented. I've learned better time management and how to be a better coach to my employees.

Completing Zero To Dangerous with the Flow Research Collective was a profound, life-deepening experience. I say deepening rather than life-changing, as the program helped refine and deepen latent skills while also sharpening strengths. The level of customer service is second to none. All members of the FRC are devoted to over-delivering at each phase of the process. FRC coaches are authentic and caring. It is clear that customer service and coaching are geared towards delivering the highest quality experience for their students. Concepts within ZTD were not taught from an academic distance but from practical experience. Everything about the course reinforced the ideas we were learning, and there was more than sufficient time for practice, play, experimentation and feedback. Unlike other classes I have attended in person or online, I never felt like I was a "sales target". The entire experience cemented in my mind the importance of flow states. I learnt about Flow states by regularly getting into flow. Most importantly for myself, I developed lifelong skills to help me live with brain injury. Furthermore, I now possess tools that allow me to manage PTSD. I thought I was paying to develop skills and acquire knowledge. What I left with was hope. Thank you FRC.

I found an amazing value in all the resources and material that you provided. I really appreciate the coaches, in my opinion they were always really well prepared and present with the task in hand. The point that I found could be improved is the material you want to review each session, the sessions felt sometimes in a hurry because there were so many topics to touch. I found incredibly helpful the 1:1 sessions with my Coach, she was incredibly present and committed to our time together. I always received answers fast when I reached out through email or chat.
