The class is research based, has a reality-based approach, and the staff are very well trained. Good opportunity for connectivity with people who share the same hungry mindset, and become a part of the FRC. The group activities and 1:1 calls add in more layers of accountability, and self-accountabily, which is a necessity to affect real life. I can't reccomend this enough.

The facilitators & coaches were next level!
I enrolled in this specific coaching certification program because it is grounded in neuroscience. The training goes far beyond the surface. They provided tons of tools to address so many challenges people are currently battling. I've used the diagnostic tools with many of my clients. It also provides a deeper, science-backed approach to help my clients truly thrive.

Zero to Dangerous Astonishing Experience
The program is packed with valuable information.
Besides that, I was surprised several times during the course because of the level of attention to detail that seemed unimportant initially, but that gave me the feeling that the entire team was there to provide you with a peak experience.
The 1:1 coaching is an essential part of the program that complements the course material and can dramatically change your perspective regarding how you should structure your day.
In the weekly calls, you can connect with like-minded people that want to be the best version of themselves in service to the world. If you think you are alone because you are too ambitious in a society that values mediocrity, these calls can fill you with hope.
I can not describe the value of the mindset shift that Zero to Dangerous brought to my life.
If you are on the fence about joining Z2D, do it. You will not regret it.

100X your Coaching Career with FRC's High Flow Coaching Certification
FRC's High Flow Coaching certification is very well organized and executed. Steven and Rian have crafted a seductively interesting neuroscience-backed course, ranging from a history of coaching to the different coaching modalities, concluding with FRC's unique flow and peak performance framework. Coaching is practiced weekly within the group training and 1:1 with other cohort members as your calendar permits. Upon completing High Flow Coaching, you will automatically be awarded 40 Continued Coaching Education (CCE) credits through the International Coaching Federation (ICF): 30 Core Competency hours and 10 Resource Development Hours. Finally, FRC encourages you to conduct a Magnum Opus project with 1:1 guidance from Chief Science Officer Jonathan Beale. Jon's guidance and unwavering support has been truly transformative and rewarding. I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in peak performance coaching. It will 10x- 100x your coaching career.

This Course More Than Delivers...but are you ready to make the changes
Everything this course advertised it can do for you was exactly the issues I was having. Overthinking, distraction, self-doubt, and fear. Of course, I was skeptical that it could actually deliver, and it was a significant investment for me. Now that I have finished the training I can say it more than delivered on its promises. I was like a sponge for the entire 2 months of the course. Soaking up all the information and learning what I didn't know, I didn't know. The most important realization for me is that hugely successful people are not super humans, they are super disciplined and organized. Writing everything down and putting everything on my calendar to free up my mind for bigger-picture items was a big transformation. Writing down my clear goals for the next 5 years was also a big realization that what I thought was clear in my mind was vague and lacking details. Learning the tools to dream big and reverse engineer those dreams into practical, tangible actions has been empowering. Everyone can benefit from this training but not everyone is ready. If you truly want to reshape the foundations of how you operate and are ready to make the tough choices to actually do it, then this course can be a game changer for you.

Definitely worth more than the price, if you make it a priority to follow through on
This program asked for commitment at the outset so that participants would get maximum results, rather than this just be one more program you signed up for, got mixed results from, and moved on relatively unchanged. Granted, not everyone in my cohort could or would be able to take on that commitment, but I personally took it on and stuck with it. At the end had watched all of the core video content, completed the related exercises, and attended all of our (virtual) cohort sessions (and taken copious notes on all of the above).
I have yet to implement all of the tools and techniques covered in the content I've digested so far, but in those places where I have successfully at least made an attempt, I've seen noticeable change in my life. For example, I'm no longer a slave to my phone - attention destroyed with every one of the hundreds of notifications that come in a day. I've turned them all off, even for texts, and I batch my phone time to be short and maximally productive. This might seem like a small example, but for me it is huge. When combined with many other small tweaks in how I structure my time and attention, it adds up to sea-level changes over time.
There is a great wealth of information and content, much of which I haven't even been able to get to yet. I have lifetime access to it and a plan to get through it over time. My cohort's coach did a great job of directing us on what to focus on in our few short months together to get started on what is really a longer journey than just a 12-week course.
I would recommend FRC to anyone who truly wants to become a more effective, higher performing Executive Athlete. I'm very glad I found it myself.

Game Changer
Joined the ZTC program. Love that it's not just science backed, but very practical and actionable. Every week I can see how I progress and perform better. And getting to complete more things with less time and less things, is just awesome.

The FRC Zero to Dangerous program adds value from day 1
The sheer volume of valuable content on the Zero to Dangerous program is impressive, as is the way the team gets you through that. That doesn't mean you are done after the initial 8 weeks (at least I wasn't) because incorporating all the learning into one's life takes a lot longer. However, there are many quick wins, and you will see benefits from day one, and be able to build on those to improve yourself in the areas you want to.
