I first trained with FRC in 2020, completing Zero to Dangerous and Flow Trainer Accelerator. I found both tremendously useful, and Z2D truly changed my life. Four years later, I received an email inviting me, as an alum, to preview the new Z2D course for a month. I teach flow, so I was eager to see what changes or improvements had been made to FRC's curriculum and I agreed to a call. This call ended up being a sales call for the "Flow Collective." I was hesitant to undertake any additional training programs, and after hearing the pitch and reviewing the materials, really didn't think that this offer was for me based on what I do and the size of my business. However, the salesperson was insistent that the cohort would be filled with people like me, and that I was a perfect fit. I knew what was happening, I let myself be manipulated into it against my best judgment, and signed up for the 6-month program. For that, I take full responsibility. Unfortunately, it didn't end up being useful to me at all. It was a repackaged version of their original course, but instead of being refined it was even more bloated. The materials were out of touch and off-putting—it became hard for me to take seriously when we were advised to get rid of all of our possessions, stop cooking and hire a personal chef (or at least get pre-made meals delivered), and pay someone to clean the house multiple times a week, in the name of reducing cognitive load. We were offered the opportunity to be in small "mastermind" groups, but the minimum revenue one could select in the placement survey was $250,000—far above the size of my business. This is fine, but it points again to the program and my fit for it being misrepresented. I resigned myself to having wasted the money. Then today, they charged me $990 for a "monthly renewal" which I never agreed to, was never told would be automatic, and most certainly did not want. There was no reminder that this would happen, no advance notification. I have searched the terms of service for any reference to auto-renewal, and found none. I have emailed them, but my experience with customer service has been poor so I have low expectations and can only hope that my credit card company will find in my favor if I have to dispute the charge. I am very disappointed that the FRC has devolved into this.

Really terrible course. They teach you the basic stuff of simple self help books and sell it as if it was some kind of magic pill. It is not a magic pill and it doesn't work. Save your money.

Here’s my email: [email protected]. We tried to locate your email in our database so we could reach out to you directly, but couldn’t locate your data based on the date of experience you listed. If you could email me directly that’d be great or let me know the best way to reach you. I will ensure we provide value for your time in giving us further feedback when we connect!

They will spam you out of $4800 - master manipulators and fake information - make you feel important when all they are doing is cashing a check and putting you through minimal interaction setups. The enrollment guy was hostile about forcing me to join and pay. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Terrible experience, no real teaching of “flow”. Standard and sub-par leadership course. Extremely expensive for getting really nothing out of it. I could get more out of a leadership book. Time and a lot of money I will never get back.

I placed on order for the book. I received the bonuses that come with the book but not the book! I waited for a month I thought maybe there's some kind of delay especially that I'm Canada until I emailed them. Unfortunately and after 3 weeks no reply...no book... feels like a haunted company... No any notification of a shipment... I sent them a message on Facebook and again nobody there... Very weird and very disappointing. I'm not sure what kind of flow they are talking about if this is how their customer service flows! My next step is simply disputing the transaction and unsubscribe from their community

A complete scam! Seriously very basic self help content in fancy packaging. Nothing new if you do a bit of self development. Outrageous price for what is is. The personal calls are 30 min not 45 as they originally advertise. Big scam overall. Stay away!
