I bought 6 different packs. And I love all of them. They were super easy to download and share and save to LR. I will be buying more. And I highly recommend flourish presets.

I have to admit I was doubtful I would like the presets because they were so cheap and on sale, but I'm very impressed and will be getting more! Thank you so much for offering such a great deal on all the presets!

Hi Brooklyn, Alexa from Flourish Presets here. I hope you are doing well. First of all, I’d just like to assure you that our product is NOT a scam. Once payments are made, all our customers receive access to their files IMMEDIATELY after their payments have been posted and their purchases have been completed. Moreover, a lot of our customers have been extremely satisfied with the presets that we offer, and they were more than happy and generous to share their positive experience with us. I just checked on our all our emails and order list. However, we couldn’t find ANY QUERIES or ANY EXISTING ORDERS under your name. If possible, can you please provide us with your order number or reach out to us via email at [email protected] so we could assist you further? If in any way, our products are not what you expected them to be, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please do note that there are factors affecting the outcome of the image while using presets and that includes the use of light, the camera settings, and the type of camera you are using. We are a small company that always strives for improvement. If you encountered any problems upon using our product, rest assured, we will be here to assist you all throughout the process. Once again, we would like to offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We would really like to help you -- as we always do for our customers!
