All digital file downloads are INSTANT. Once payments are made, all our customers receive access to their files IMMEDIATELY after their payments have been posted and their purchases have been completed. Upon checking your account, we have seen that, unfortunately, your Order was tagged and automatically canceled by our system due to the high risk of fraudulent activity. In the rare event that customers don’t receive their presets due to technical difficulties, we make sure to contact them and proceed to resolve the issue. In addition, customers also reach out to us via [email protected] during these times and we ALWAYS make sure to attend to their concern immediately (within 24-48 hours). Right now, we would really like to help you -- as we always do for our customers! However, upon checking all our emails and order list, we couldn’t find any queries and orders made under your name, or received any emails about a similar situation to the one you are describing.
