Sent flowers to my niece who was having major surgery and staying overnight in the hospital. Flowers never arrived. Took forever to get someone on the phone. Finally they told me the florist's driver had "some issues" and it would take 10 business days to refund me. Unacceptable. This is my first and LAST time using this horrible company. I wish I'd checked reviews first.

Giving 1 star because zero is not an option I ordered flowers in advance to be delivered to my wife at work for our anniversary. While they took my money, the flowers never arrived. I contacted their chat 30 minutes before the delivery deadline and the agent told me they call the florist and the flowers were on the way...they never arrived. The agent left me on the chat for 45 minutes and never returned when I pressed about the delivery time. Absolute horrible experience. I can't believe that American Airlines has them as one of their shopping partners!

Wow I am really worried now since I read the reviews,I just ordered flowers for a very special occasion and I haven't received confirmation of any kind to let me know anything. I am going to be so mad,I am so tired of people scamming people,I am 74yrs old and this is so wrong.I will be giving another review if my order doesn't get delivered.

Ordered flowers on Thursday, Aug. 29 to have flowers delivered to MY HOME ADDRESS. Received email that flowers were delivered at 7:01p.m. Flowers were NOT delivered. After chatting online with customer service, replacement flowers were ordered for the following Saturday, Aug. 31. Replacement flowers DID NOT arrive, but I received an email stating that my flowers had arrived at 8:04 p.m. Oh, wait! Yes, they DID deliver my flowers, only problem is that they arrived at 9:30 p.m. and I never would have known that they were there had I not received a notification from my Ring app. Very disappointed and will NOT be using this service in the future.

Worst flower company ever!! I ordered flowers for my granddaughter who was in the hospital and paid for same day delivery. They never were delivered! I wish i had seen the reviews sooner.

I ordered flowers for the one-year anniversary of my sister’s passing to be sent to her daughter. The order was placed FOUR weeks in advance. On the day of delivery, I received an email that they will not be delivered until three days later. Oh and no discount for failing to deliver on the day. Excuse was - they ran out of the flowers I ordered. HELLO this was not a last-minute order! Broke my heart even more than it already was. Sad day made sadder!!!! I thought florist were supposed to bring happiness. FAIL!
