I ordered these flowers ($39.99) from Florist.com and they were absolutely the cheapest and ugliest flowers I have EVER seen! In addition, they were wilted. Their customer service people said they were just buds that would bloom in 4-5 days and the flowers would magically transform into a beautiful arrangement. I will never...ever order anything from this place again and unless you want to throw away your $$$ and be totally embarrassed by whoever you are sending the flowers to I would highly encourage you to buy from a reputable florist.

The worst company I have ever dealt with online, period. Most importantly I paid for an order of flowers to be delivered for a funeral and the flowers never arrived. To begin with, the website actually accepted two separate orders for flowers to be delivered to two different addresses but after they took credit card payment they consolidated them into one address. I only caught this on my paid confirmation then I had to dig around for a phone number and after spending too much time to fix this on the phone with their rep (repeated the order and mailing addresses so they could fix), they called me back and said the only way to fix it was to cancel the order and re-order each separately bc their computer can't process >1 address type of orders in one transaction. I should have taken this opportunity to order elsewhere but gave them another chance and re-ordered each separately. One got delivered, one never arrived. I don't even want to know what the flowers ended up looking like, but I wonder. This is by far the worst online, never mind floral delivery experience I've had. Should have read the online reviews before trying Florists.com as I saw it on Shop through Chase.

HORRIBLE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DID NOT DELIVER!!! My girlfriend thought I forgot her birthday. Absolutely ridiculous service that needs to be shut down!

florists.com deserves less than one star. This company is terrible. I ordered flowers for my 93 year old mother two weeks before her Birthday. The flowers never arrived. Unfortunately I was traveling out of the country and couldn’t talk to their customer service for three days, leaving her thinking that no one remembered her birthday. I called and they acknowledged their was a mistake. That the florist assigned the order was unable to fill the order and it was never assigned to another florist. My mother lives in the Denver metro area so there is no shortage of florists. The customer service agent apologized, he said he would make sure that flowers arrived to her that day and would call her and apologize, explaining their company’s mistake. According to my mother when he called he said that the problem was because they couldn’t reach me and that this was some how my fault. That was two days ago and still no flowers have arrived.

I have revisited the site where I originally placed my order. I have clicked on 'standard'size order for "bouquet Paradise" and I have recounted the number of stems in the standard bouquet ordered, in a box, in bud, through the post! The number of stems received is 6 roses and 6 pink Alzheimer's, and that was all. The standard photograph of Paradise bouquet shows very clearly 9 tastebuds, 9 pink alstroimeria, plus 9/10 white alstroimeria, making a clear deficit of 14/15 flower stems. I want a refund, as what EFlorists have replied to me here, is incorrect, and I am not a liar. Update- if you paid by credit card they will not help with claims for perishable. Phone number on back of credit card and ask them to give you Trading Standards telephone number. The more people who can do this, the sooner we can get some action against these unwanted internet traders.

Absolutely not a positive transaction. I ordered a bouquet and it was delivered. I was amazed to find out the order was NOT AS PICTURED but a pitiful 1/2 of the order. I found out from BRADS DEALS and went to the website and ordered. When I received a picture of what was ordered it basically was 1/4 of the amount of flowers. And you know their response (after disconnecting me twice??)) I'll send you care tips. I have a green house I know about flowers and not all of these flowers will open. They skimped because of the holiday.....so for FLORISTS.COM once they receive your money they are done with you. In my opinion false advertising.....and they simply do not care for repeat customers.

Placed order online at 7 AM and paid for same day delivery. They called the following day after the funeral had started to ask for more information. Information that was included in the order! Unbelievable, do not trust them if you need a quick delivery!! You think for something as important as a funeral they would ask questions before the delivery day had passed???
