I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. Reading others, I'm lucky at least something was delivered and on time, therefore the 2 stars. However I ordered the large and got the small. Customer service site only offers Chat which doesn't work. Buyer beware.

Placed an order for a funeral plant at 830 am Thursday for delivery that day with Ava Florist. Rec'd email around 11 stating needed more info. Took more than 1/2 hr. to speak w/a person who stated delivery not possible that day....couldn't cancel the order. Plant was not delivered until Saturday after 5 different phone calls. Offered a $5 discount for inconvenience.

Definitely should have read the reviews first. They sent flowers, but the arrangement was not the large that I paid for. It doesn't even look as big as the small that they have pictured. The 2 mylar balloons are small ones on a little stick that they put in the arrangement, which I wouldn't even be so upset about that but don't charge me for big colorful bouquet and then send this itty bitty thing that I don't even know how the person making the arrangement would think this was okay. Of course, it's not letting me upload the photos. And then I tried to reach out to customer service and I keep clicking the button.Nothing happens.I clicked the button for live chat.Nothing happens.I sent them an email. We will see if they respond.

Wow I am really worried now since I read the reviews,I just ordered flowers for a very special occasion and I haven't received confirmation of any kind to let me know anything. I am going to be so mad,I am so tired of people scamming people,I am 74yrs old and this is so wrong.I will be giving another review if my order doesn't get delivered.

Pros: Same day delivery Cons: I was sent no confirmation email (I shop online a lot and i've actually NEVER had a company not send a confirmation email after taking payment). I had to call to see what the status was and she asked for a confirmation #. Just really wasted time for them to not send one? It's so odd. The recipient sent a picture of the sympathy flowers and they are definitely dull and not $63 worth of a bouquet. Would not recommend this company.
