I’m on the 2nd bottle but my hands and toes are still cold even before today when the temperature dropped. I have to say easy to take with no fuss

When will companies like this learn you…
When will companies like this learn you just hack people off trying to trap them into subscription I wouldn't use again even if the product is great

I have had a really stressful time as I…
I have had a really stressful time as I didn’t sign up for a subscription and yet I suddenly found myself with money being debited.. When I tried to cancel by email it took 5 emails a they kept trying to Pursuade me to stay even though I explained I never wanted the product in the first place They finally sent a link to cancel it which proved very difficult as yhe cancellation button is hidden. I hope I successfully cancelled it.. The weird thing is they used a card I hadn’t got and I can only think shopify auto filled the order form from old data. All very upsetting

I wanted to try their cocoa for my internal problems. It proved to be too strong for me. I emailed them and asked to cancel; they would not, on two consecutive occasions, accept this, and asked me to go through their cancellation procedure on the website. I clicked twice on 'cancel'. They are still debiting my credit card and sending me monthly packets. They are not worth one star. A thoroughly disreputable firm, to be avoided at all costs.
