Mid-sold and mislead
I saw a very detailed article on FB about how this product can lower cholesterol, by working on liver cells. Having being diagnosed with high cholesterol, it caught my eye, and I decided to purchase the product. Almost immediately I received a text, asking for confirmation of my address. In the same text message, I was also asked the reason for buying the product. I replied, giving my address and telling them that the reason I was buying the purchase was to lower my cholesterol. I had a reply back saying that the product was not able to lower cholesterol. I told them about the Facebook article that I’d seen. They told me sorry that I had been misled and they could not stand behind the article that I saw. I told them that in this case I would like to cancel the order. They told me I had to email to cancel. I immediately sent an email asking for a cancellation. I was refused a cancellation and still charged for the product. I told them that I didn’t want the product and they told me that I had to unsubscribe. I was fully charged and I now have a product that I do not want to use which I feel that I was sold falsely.
