They recieved my stool on 06/14/2021 and have not given me my results back yet. Company takes a very long time to send results. It is now 07/06/2021. Do not recommend.

This is the second time I write a review about Sun Genomics. I wrote the initial review with 1 star rating, as the customer service department wouldn't even send a basic invoice for international shipment of test kit, even after multiple emails written and leaving phone messages. As soon as I wrote the review, the C. Service staff reached out, saying they didn't get all these emails. I asked them for an invoice so we can go ahead and move forward, and yet again I write to them 4 emails, no reply whatsoever. I don't know how they run their customer service emails, but these services are non-existent. It is simply impossible to order internationally with this company.

It seems to me as an international customer the structure of the organisation is such that it is unable to respond in a timely way. Inadequate information when asked.It is now a couple of months since I started and still am at the position of waiting for a second sample pack as there was a problem analysing the first sample.I have been so frustrated by this process that I had to contact the CEO on LinkedIn, It is clear that the customer facing resource is not adequately supported to provide an acceptable level of service. This is a shame, as the business profile is encouraging, that this level of service does not support the brand profile.
