I made an online purchase a week in advance for mother's day. The scheduled delivery day was for 2 days before the actual holiday. My mother never received her flowers to this day, the phone number listed on their website has been "out of service", and I was still charged. So, my mother never received her flowers and they took my money. Please give this serious consideration before any purchases you might make from them.

After promises to deliver Mom's flowers, I received an email from Richard saying he would deliver by 17th...another email today saying he cancelled order and debit card not charged. Lie...bank confirms they took their $$ the day I ordered flowers. System down still! I'm warning everyone I know. Diane

Don't ever use this flower shop! I ordered for Mother's Day, delivery May 11, a day after the event, to date, 15th May- NO FLOWERS YET! No access to follow up, their system is down and broke. This business must be closed down! Sucks!

SCAM ALERT!!! We placed an order for mother's day, and never received any flowers. phone is deactivated. No replies to emails. One week later, we receive an email saying that order has been delivered, total lie, no tracking number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Update - after being told in a rare email that my flowers would arrive between the 8th and 13th of May, no flowers arrived. They then had the audacity to take the money from my bank on the 13th!! I am so angry. I would have been okay if the flowers got to my mum eventually but they did not and now they have not only disabled their phone lines but also their online live chat. I am getting my bank involved to try and get the money back but I am not hopeful, NEVER use this company!!

Same delivery issues as the rest. Ordered Mother's Day flowers which were supposed to be delivered May 12th, but spoke with my mom, and nothing has been delivered. So disappointed!!! I should have been skeptical when I never received an email confirmation or any type of tracking number. Will not order from them again.
