I never thought I would consider going back into another FnD or leave positive feedback...Todd store Mgr & Keneil at the Pompano Beach,FL location quickly changed my point of view.. Their tenacity, time & effort to resolve an ongoing issue (which didn't originate from that store) with my flooring from 2020/ 2021 was incredible and greatly appreciated....Thank You Todd!

The Alexandria, VA store where I typically shop has good floor personnel but the system for storage and pickup is a nightmare. This store has a management problem and the staff I dealt with were not helpful, smirked at the issues I was having, never offered to radio to find out what was happening with my order and generally had surly attitudes. Starting with the checkout gal who told me all of the items on my cart would be returned to the shelves and new items would be pulled - which sounded crazy since some items were no longer on the shelves they were on my cart. I was purchasing items to be picked up by my contractor. I went to the pick up desk where I was told no problem - they would hold my items and pull the remaining items from the shelves for pick up and could be picked up at a specific time or sooner. None of this occurred. Despite giving extra time - my contractor waited over 50 minutes to only receive what was originally on my cart - not the extra items that still needed to be pulled from the shelves. In fact, he was told there was no stock for this when in fact there was a full pallet of tile available. Finally, after I called the store and insisting there was stock - amazingly it was found. Still it took almost another hour wait to obtain the materials. Donnie D. - the man trying to help also had a bad attitude, put my materials in a location but never notified me where the materials were and NEVER apologized for the extreme inconvenience he and other members of the pick up team put me and my contractor through. I have not had this problem at other Floor and Decor stores. Woodbridge is a great store and they are super helpful. This is a management problem. PS- I have spent tens of thousands of dollars in tile at Floor and Decor while building homes.

The Waltham, MA, store manager named CALEB GAUDETTE, a big woman, refused my return just because there's some dirt on the tile packages. Another Asian woman with some eye problems said the tiles were wet. Of course, it was 25 degrees outside. Stay away from this terrible store. I think it will close soon as I saw no more than 10 people in the store. Thanks to the manager.

We are building a home after the first of the year so we came in for some inspiration. We got way more than we bargained for. The selections are overwhelming and numerous and the prices are very surprising. Everyone seems happy to be there. Lyndie is the lady that helped us most. Gave great advice about flooring for our lifestyle. There was little that we asked that she couldn't answer yet she openly admitted that she needed someone elses advice and called for help. She was so personable and very sweet and patient and caring. We would be purchasing there because of the prices and availbilty, but the staff there makes us feel more comfortable in asking questions. No one makes us feel stupid and you can see and hear the connection of the employees. We heard couple of jokes but when it came down to it it was all business. We will be seeing you in the future for multiple projects on multiple houses.

I was looking for some the best thin set for 24X48 polished porcelain tiles. Tom took me to the best in the store. He was such a gentleman he picked them up and set them in the buggy for me. I feel that if I needed him to drive them around the store for me he would have..lol..I quickly realized that I needed T-molding to match my laminate floors. Upon arrival the cashier asked what I needed and asked for assistance in the wood department. Within minutes of walking down the isle this very nice gentleman by the name of Doug walked up to help. After explaining what I was looking for he took over. He picked out every piece of material I needed. After per registering my materials he pushed my buggy to the register for me. Which was a breeze because he registered my materials. I paid for my order and what would have taken me 4hrs to do only took 30min. Needless to say I no other store had what I needed. Floor & Decor is the best store for all your home flooring and designer tiles❤️

We were lied to by the man who waited on us, he said go ahead and order an extra box of Luxury vinyl and if you don't need it we can re-stock it. That was not true and we were just told so sorry, it was my first week working here and I didn't know what I was doing... Seriously? Never again will I step foot in this establishment and will not recommend it to anyone.

Unbelievably bad. The customer service in multiple locations (Wayne, Elizabeth, Paramus NJ) have all been either extremely rude or completely unavailable. Their online customer service is virtually non-existent. The email contact form on their website leads to a broken page. Calling directly leads to dropped calls after long holds.

We placed an online order for in store pickup. Told it would be ready in 4 hours. We waited and waited… nothing. We finally just went to the store and got it ourself. 3 days later our order is now ready for pick up and we can’t cancel it. Website has many flaws contact us section won’t work, many pages indicated page not found and online chat function was a pain…. Finally got past virtual agent but actual text entry box would not allow typing. Have tried updating fields but those get error messages too immediately after hitting submit.
