Our internal marketing person recommended Flo Desk to me. I am a beginner in this activity and Flo Desk has been very easy to learn. There are so many training videos with clear instructions. I appreciate the ability to set up different Audience segments to strategically update groups about our services, team changes, and upcoming events.

Flodesk has the most beautiful templates. I had wanted my email template to look a certain way and Flodesk was the only place i found it. I am not particularly tech savvy and their Help Desk is responsive and on the mark I actually enjoy sending out my emails.

I LOVE Flodesk. I had great success with their service, excellent delivery rate, phenomenal open rate, email look & feel I loved. I had the 50% off rate & it was definitely worth it. I had to cancel my account because I had to take a break with my business. When I came back, I wanted to find one that was low cost for a while. I've used multiple email service providers, most recently is Brevo. My open rates & delivery rates PLUMMETED when switching from flodesk. It's horrible to use, ugly, tedious to put things together, & not at all use friendly. I'll be switching back to Flodesk as soon as I can justify their monthly fee, based on my business' income.

I love Flodesk. My emails and opt-ins look much more professional. The fact that it does not matter how many people are on my email list. I pay one price yearly, so I do not have to stress about numbers and cost.

I absolutely love Flodesk! It made my life so much easier. The templates are all very easy to use, the upsells are super fast to set up, the segmentation of your list becomes a child's game. And cherry on top if you have any question, their customer service is fast, friendly and efficient. It is worth the price!!!

Flodesk was recommended to me last summer when I took a online class on how to build a graphics business. I joined Flodesk last August and was plesantly surprised at how easy it was to navigate to construct emails. Their email and templates are beautiful and fully customizable! Their monthly pricing is a plus as well!

As a newbie in the online world, I have tried another platform first, and got entangled in the complexities of the tech and the inability the create a decent looking email that doesn't have just text. I kept looking for a simple, beautiful and easy to use ESP. I love Flodesk. I've been an active user for years and highly recommend it as a platform. I use many different email providers in my work capacity, and Flodesk is my absolute favourite. It's easy to use, has lots of great functionality, and the non-fluctuating rate means you can grow your email list without fear of price add-ons. Flodesk is a female-led tech business, another reason I highly recommend it. I believe in equality and fairness, and supporting female businesses (especially in the tech industry) helps to bridge the gap.
