FlodeskReviews of flodesk.com

Flodesk has been a GAME CHANGER for my small business. I was so sick of Instagram constantly changing the algorithm and never showing my posts to anyone. After a lot of research, I switch to an Email Marketing approach to make sure my customers and fans hear all my updates and promos. The 50% off for the first year promo is amazing, and even the undiscounted price of $38 is so reasonable. The platform is basic, but so user friendly. Unlike a lot of other email marketing platforms, they prioritize design over advanced functionality, which is perfect for me as a small business owner. I've already seen huge growth in my subscriber list after using a form and workflow to automate a discount code pop-up on my website. Looooove Flodesk!! I will be a lifetime member.

I thought Flodesk would solve my problems, but ultimately Flodesk increased my problems. My business suffered a lot because of Flodesk. After moving to Flodesk, my emails are landing into the spam and promotions tab, and the open rate decreased. Things I like about Flodesk: - I like the UI, but sometime it confuses me alot - Pricing is reasonable however features are minimal too Things I don't like about Flodesk: - They will suspend your account without any notice or warning - After account suspension, they will not initiate a refund for the remaining days - They will not even let you export your contacts - Their customer support service is worst - I have send mails to all employees, CEO, CO, marketing team but did not get any respond from anywhere - I have tried to contact them through social media, but they don't reply their - If you are running a business through Flodesk, change your software now, otherwise one day they will randomly suspend your account and send one email and after that they will ignore your mails and messages on social media like they are dead - My business suffered alot because of them - Don't have feature to target those emails who did not open email - Open rate is very low - Most of the emails lands in promotion and spam - Conatcts takes time to load I am ready to give chance to Flodesk, they can contact me seeken.developer[at]gmail.com

SUPER sneaky organization. At first it was advertised as free, then... no longer free, $30 for the most basic, then every single month they keep quietly raising the fee without even any notification. After 2 months on now it's $38. What's next Flodesk? Save yourself the misrepresentation and constantly increasing fees, with no notification!
