Flocknote has been a dream
Flocknote has been a dream! They are amazing! The program is incredibly user friendly. I did watch the training videos and they were helpful, however, everything is very self explanatory. It has been great! We purchased ServantKeeper last year and I still can't figure out half of what it offers but Flocknote has been so easy to use!! I highly recommend Flocknote. From pricing to customer service to being so easy to use... it's awesome!!!

Easy to Use ... Beautiful Graphics
Easy to use format. Even those with limited experience could easily learn this program. I love the graphics included and especially love that it is designed for use by Catholic organizations!! The end results are beautiful emails that make you look like a pro!

Three Stars
It was a little confusing receiving emails from different support team members and it was not clear enough what I was needed to do and what they were going to do... and I have been using the free version of Flocknote for years now on my own so I understood what I needed to do but all the links and videos self help were overwhelming at a point so I just shut off... There was a lot of confusion with the payment as well... there is not an easy way to have a Bill the parish option to make payments with a check instead of a monthly credit or debit card payment.

Hi Angela - thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It sounds like you had a less than satisfactory experience and that's definitely not something we like to hear. I do want to clarify that you can definitely opt to pay-by-check for Flocknote if you prefer that over a credit/debit card payment --no problem! However, it sounds like there may have been some confusion in setting that up and we're so sorry about that. We appreciate this feedback and will use it to improve our processes going forward. Thank you for your time and helpful thoughts!
