FlocknoteReviews of flocknote.com

I sent a question to the Flocknotes team. Within 10 minutes I had response. Then I had a follow-up question and received a reply within 2-3 minutes. Not only was the response timely, but it was very helpful!

Love Flocknotes and the ease that it provides for keeping the parish informed. It was so complicated and time consuming before Flocknotes that now I don't know what I would do without it! I can even do surveys! YAY! A huge thank you to Flocknotes for making my job easier and more efficient!

I've served 3 parishes in 3 dioceses over the last 15'ish years -- and the constant -- besides Jesus -- has been Flocknote! I've watched this ministry grow and develop over the years -- and their Happiness Engineers/Customer Service is unmatched! Lots of how Flocknote treats churches and organizations in terms of anticipating needs by empowering people of varying technological ages and wisdoms towards authentic discipleship has helped shape the sort of minister and staff member I have become! These folks have mastered the art of accompaniment -- through the lens of Jesus and radical hospitality! When I talk vision and mission today -- I'm using the gospel values taught by Jesus and espoused and proclaimed by Flocknote! Thanks for making an important impact on the world!

One of the best things about Flocknote are the people! They are always so cheerful, helpful and incredibly quick to help you out. Of course, we love being able to email everyone so quickly and create beautiful, thoughtful correspondence with our parishioners. I would highly recommend Flocknote to other churches.

Flocknote has been a God send for my church. It makes it so easy to get messages out quickly. I love that i can send texts along with sending out the same text as an email to those I don't have cell phone information for. My only problem is that I at times have issues with it sending out but that seems to be at high demand times.

I have been a subscriber to Flocknote from the earliest days of its being available through our parish. The format is crisp and easy to scan for content as well as easy to read. - I find it to be a helpful communication device and look forward to seeing it in my message box. Most recently I used Flocknote for the first time to register for a parish event. And, as a "newbie", I made a goof - and in my attempt to correct it, I made it worse! However, no matter how big a mess I created, Flocknote's "Help" (aka "Happiness Engineers" - and they proved true to the job title) was there with a quick response, a remedy and great follow-up communication.

I am so happy that our parish has invested in Flocknote. We had tried MailChimp prior to this, and had researched Constant Contact, but both of these seemed better suited for the business world. I like Flocknote because it feels like they "get" what it is we're trying to communicate and how we need to do that. Their support teams are super responsive, fast and thorough, whenever I've asked a question, which is comforting since it doesn't come naturally to me. I really feel like they're a partner in our mission and can grow with us when we're ready to expand how we use it. With Flocknote, it's super easy to create attractive emails for our parishioners, and having the ability to text is becoming even more critical as fewer people open every email these days. I'm not a numbers girl, but I like seeing the analytics of how many opened their emails, and even drill down to see who didn't, to better tailor future messages or to help folks who might not be receiving them. I would highly recommend Flocknote to churches looking for an easy-to-use digital communication tool to reach their members.

I am new to Flocknote. I have used the program a few times. Already I can see what an important program it is. I have notified my congregation about pressing issues especially during this pandemic. There was even somewhat of a technical crisis that happened in church. I was able to notify the people that things should be back to normal soon. Love the reply feature and the templates. Looking forward to investigating all the other great options. Great job Flocknote team. Customer service was absolutely wonderful. They responded swiftly and the response was by a Flocknote team person, Joe, who was kind and very helpful.
