Multiple Parishes
I believe our experience has been great so far however we have one issue that we would like to see improved if possible. Our priest has 2 congregations so we set up a Flocknotes system for both of them separately. Currently to communicate his messages to his parishioners he creates a flocknote twice which seems cumbersome. Is it possible for him to do the flocknote message once and send to both parishes? There may be slightly different messages included in both, but it would save time if he could just create one flocknote, and edit it as necessary for the other parish. If this can occur I would raise my rating to a 5. Great system.

Hi Diane -- thanks for the time you took to leave a review! You're right that you currently cannot carry notes over between multiple networks. However, we often see multiple churches share one network and simply separate them into different groups within the same network. This way, you can duplicate notes and send them to multiple groups easily without having to start from scratch. I understand this is not always preferable, so I've shared your feedback with our developers to consider for future updates. We look forward to earning that last star! 😊
