I am a military veteran and marathon runner, and I have found Flipbelt's products to be amazing. But what really sets them apart is their customer service. If you are lucky, and have a problem or question, you will get Kourtney. She really understands her product and what runners need, if they want to PR and qualify for Boston. Unlike so many people who serve in this type of role, she really seemed to care. As evidence of this, she took time out of her busy day to follow up with me to inquire about how the new belt was working out for me. I was, and still am, blown away by her simple act of kindness. If I had a consumer-facing business, I would definitely try to hire her away. The bottom line is I have had a really, really good experience with Flipbelt. I am sure you will too...
