It is difficult to find where to put the reservation code and keep the experience online. However, when I called, John Parker was extremely helpful and patient with helping me get the information correct and the tickets printed

This company deserves 5 star. John Parker helped me with three flight itinerary’s and got the best flight deals for me. There was a mistake in my itineraries with the last night and he quickly resolved the problem. Will definitely purchase from them again!

This is the worst flight service I have ever used. I booked my flight, then checked on the status 10 days later to find out that Flightsbird had not even reserved a spot for me on the flight that I purchased. When I called the airline (United), they told me that I did not have a spot on their flight because Flightsbird never reserved it. I then spent three days on the phone with Flightsbird, getting the same scripted response that "everything would be fine and you will get your ticket in one hour", to which I never got my ticket. I then received an email saying my reservation was cancelled, when I never asked to cancel it. Finally after persisting to talk to a manager, they got my ticket (two weeks after booking). I still did not get charged for another week. Never use this company.
