FleetfeetReviews of fleetfeet.com

It’s nice to find a company that is dependable and trustworthy. They have an excellent variety of shoes, and they still carry a limited variety of older models. The prices are reasonable as well. Some companies will hike prices of older models, but this company does not do that. The shipping speed was also very good. My shoes arrived in two days after placing the order. I’ll order from this company again.

I was leary about ordering shoes from this website based on the reviews, but it was an awesome experience. I even had to reach out to customer svc to make a quick change to the shipping address and Lisa was quick and got it done. I will definitely order from Fleet Feet again!

This would be big fat zero stars, if I could do that! I ordered shoes and they canceled the order a few days later without letting me know ahead because the shoes were out of stock! How about doing your job and making sure before allowing customers to order! LAZY........... AND BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,,,,,,,,,,,,

Morrisville, NC - on a busy Saturday a young man (Curtis on our receipt) greeted us and offered to help. I explained my issues to him. He took various measurements from my feet including size, gait and pressure points when standing- he explained all the results including the fact my shoes were 2 sizes too small! After showing me exactly what shoes would help my feet, my feet felt fantastic! My only complaint was the color and that was quickly resolved with several more choices! My husband was so impressed by the level of service that he went through the same tests. His shoe size was spot on but he found a perfect pair of shoes too! I couldn’t ask for a better experience- this young man was so knowledgeable about EVERY shoe. His patience with explaining what was causing my issues was so greatly appreciated! He never pressured us into buying anything! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

What made Our experience Great was that our rep. Miriam at the 17783 Haggerty Northville store took the time to fit my husband with OOahh slides and Beast GTS running shoes .We appreciated the customer service and hands on with experience.

Topeka Fleet Feet. Ordered shoes from this store on the Topeka website because I was sick and didn't like driving to the store. Shoes came. Opened the box and found worn, untied shoes with hair on them. I paid $153 dollars for these so no way was this acceptable. Had to have someone drive me to the store to return. The girl at the register tried to explain away my receiving shoes in this condition. No trying to help. Just excuses. I demanded a refund which I did receive. The time wasted and frustration was not worth ever getting shoes from any Fleet Feet store again.

Poughkeepsie fleet feet. Horrible. They are against customers of color. I was discriminated against and refused an exchange despite exchange policy when I questioned owner she called police. A customer interviewed outside when the cops came and explained the owner was discriminating against me if not I would have been arrested. I dealt with the OWNER PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS. SHE HAS A TRACK RECORD. SHE IS HORRIBLE SHE MOCKED ME AS I TOLD THE OFFICER I WAS SCARED DUE TO THE RACIAL ISSUE. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP THERE. very very overpriced.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They called my delay a “slight delay” I reached out to them after waiting a week and they pushed my delivery date back another week.. I payed 3-5 day delivery and it took them twice the amount of time. Fleetfleet just gaslighted me and thanked me for my patience and understanding. What irritates me is they did not reach out to me and apologize for the problem and situation as it occurred.. they took no responsibility- I had to reach out to them after my delivery time they said would take one week went to two weeks. It took them two weeks to fulfill and deliver an order that should have been done in half the time and made excuses to me. Unacceptable! Not buying from them again.
