I ordered a vest for my girlfriend she wanted the men’s tan vest as it looks like the Carhartt one and it came in a short time and the material’s great.

I’m disappointed that that all clothings made in China. I thought this store is in USA but not. When I received the jacket, I wore it for one week then the right sleeve’s hem got two holes!!! I was upset!

Order came in and it’s not flannel. It’s some other material. Plus it’s a Chinese company. Website is so misleading. Save your money. Since the reply to the above experience. I checked other reputable companies such as LLBean, Deluth, Orvis, their flannel is 100% cotton. Thank you for teaching my son a valuable lesson in the importance of thorough research and review.

Hi Brian, Firstly, we appreciate your feedback on our flannel material. Our jackets are indeed made of high-quality flannel, and we've conducted thorough research to ensure they meet the standards set by well-known brands in the United States. Your feedback is valuable to us, and it's the first instance where our flannel has been questioned. As a Chinese company, we take pride in our commitment to quality. Despite our origin, we have a warehouse in the USA, and the shipping location depends on our inventory. This ensures a timely delivery process for our customers. I sincerely apologize if your recent experience with our product was unpleasant. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and your feedback motivates us to continually improve. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We value your business and appreciate the opportunity to address any issues you may have. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, FlannelGo representative
