I have never written a review for a company in my life. I felt the need to do this because of how my situation was handled. I had ordered a shirt and for whatever mitigating circumstances occurred the shirt was delayed longer than I had hoped. But what as impressed me most was how the customer service department handled the whole situation. I didn't even have to reach out to them, they reached out to me. They kept me informed, they told me why the order was delayed. I can't recall in my '63 years of living a company showing so much care and concern for a customer waiting for an order. And when the order arrived it got even better. The flannel shirt I ordered is the nicest flannel shirt I've ever put on. This is a company that you can truly be proud of to be a part of. I'm not impressed too easily but this company is over the top with customer service. I will order from them again and again and I will tell everybody I know that orders clothing online about them. Thank you thank you thank you for the best customer service I've ever received in my life. Your team should be applauded.

The product is great. I'm not happy that these products are coming from China when your website makes it seem as though these products are made either in the USA or Canada. The USPS lost my package and I had to contact you to send me another one. Other than those things the actual jacket is exactly what I expected and fit correctly. Very nice.

I love this jacket as much as the last jacket I purchased! It is so warm and soft and the plaid is beautiful. These jackets are worth every penny.
