I was given an appt time and was not updated about delay of service technician, until I contacted Customer Service to inquire in the delay of more than an hour.

These guys are serious professionals. They show up on time, they have the equipment they need and they fix problems.

Very organized and speedy installation

Our experience with Fixd has been mixed. They App is helpful, but doesn't allow the customer to send comments. Scheduling is slow, unless you want to pay an additional $125 for service in 2 days instead of 3 days. This is significant when the air conditioner goes down and it's 100F.

They gave us a reasonable quote. They did great work. They left our home clean. I would use their services again.

The call line people were all helpful and pleasant. Setting a time was easy, as well as tracking location of the service provider. The app is easy to use and overall I highly recommend Fixd Repair for home warranty.
