I was very happy with the level of service from FiWize. Very quick response times, helpful staff etc. The finance was somewhat nonstandard since it was done for a Tesla that had to be purchased online. There were a few hiccups involving the timing of the car delivery and paperwork mixups from Tesla etc. FiWize handled their part of the process very smoothly.

Over all a great experience
Over all a great experience! It was really a great experience, a little slow but it was definitely worth it for me. They helped me get a great deal on my automobile refinance. Thank you!

Great rates, but bad customer service.
Great rates, but unfortunately bad customer service. It took close to 3 months to refinance my car and they don't bother to give you any updates. Unless you ask.

Very quick and easy to refinance with a conventional loan. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend using them to refinance your next car or buy out your next lease!!
