I got a good rate but the processing stage was sub-optimal. Communications were sporadic and document requests were not clear. There were tasks that I had to do to collect required docs and the instructions were not that clear. I had to reach out to them a few times to see where things are at and the replies were not timely.

Great rates, but unfortunately bad customer service. It took close to 3 months to refinance my car and they don't bother to give you any updates. Unless you ask.
