Follow up
Had to do allot of follow up with them regarding documents. Should not send documents through regular mail, FEDEX is the most effective way to handle especially when coming across country. Staff was friendly, but the University Credit Union was too slow. It was not clear why I had to join other than now I realize I need to transfer money each month to an account in order to pay for loan. Statements would have been a better option, then I could have used my own bill pay account.

Everyone was nice and polite and follow…
Everyone was nice and polite and follow up was timely. I just didn't appreciate having to submit some documents twice because the process was taking longer than anticipated. Overall the process was pretty smooth.

Great rates and Service
I dropped 10% on my loan, shorter term and it feels good that more is going to principal than interest. FiWize picks great rates 👍
