This is my 6th dialer in in 15 years and it is the most comprehensive dialer I've ever used. I can manipulate the dialer to do exactly what I need it to do. Running a small business is hard enough and not having to worry about the dialers performance frees me up to take care of the important aspects of growing our business. It may not be the cheapest in the industry but you do get what you pay for.

System is fairly easy to use once you got familiar with it. We do only outbound projects on an occasional basis. Cost is very reasonable for what we use it for. Reporting met all our needs. Customer service was decent.

My company has used Five9 for a few years and we are very pleased with the experience. The staff are knowledgeable and have reached out us to make sure our settings are optimized to our particular needs. Over the past several years we have only experienced downtime a handful of times. It was always addressed quickly and resolved asap. Additionally, the many reports help track employee activity and optimize their best use of time.

Five9 helped my company kickoff an entire new department. We were able to customize everything for our call center needs as well as pick, choose and design the best reports. Without these capabilities and the aid of the wonderful staff at Five9, my company would not be where it is today!

The program concept and execution is very good overall. My only issue with it is that it is a little cumbersome to upload list data to the dialer.
