Although the software and capabilities of it are powerful they can also be very discouraging to the average computer user. My partner wouldn't touch it because it seeemed complex. I definitely recommend an administrator with above average computer skills. The software performs very well for a small or large campaign

system is easy to configure. Customer service is very responsive. Could have a better way to store contacts/CRM

We've had many problems with the Five9 salesforce integration. The older version of the adapter runs on an old version of java. The agents computers always try to automatically update the java version which causes all sorts of problems. Chrome browser treats the plugin as a dangerous script. Agents have to check the box for "Load unsafe scripts" everyday. Worst problem: Calls do not consistently log in salesforce. Somewhere between 80-90% of the calls actually log the activity in salesforce. The rest disappear. We've spent many hours troubleshooting this with five9 to no avail. Their support staff claim its a problem with salesforce, however, we have no problem manually logging calls in salesforce. Will likely switch to another platform.

We recently integrated Five9 with Salesforce and it has great potential. However, we have run into a lot of issues where leads are being updated and statused correctly in Salesforce, but not being removed from the Five9 calling lists. Had a few unhappy customers called by the dialer after telling our sales guys they weren't interested.

We have worked with Five9 for a few years now. I am not going to say we have never ran into issues but every issue that we have had, they have been very good about helping us. We get emails, conference calls and personal calls back about our needs and we have been able to solve everything collectively. Five9 does a great job for us.

There were some technical hiccups but overall the staff has been available and attentive to address any issues.

We have very few issues with Five9. For the most part things work as one would expect. The only negative thing I can say is that the Tier 1 support is pretty useless if an issue DOES pop up. I don't think I've ever called with an issue (outside of a general config question) that didn't get escalated.
