Our blankets arrived, just what we ordered. Love them, as they are gifts for family and friends. Shipping did take a bit longer than they said it would, but it was free and to the other side of the world. Wil be ordering more.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company has the worst customer service. I ordered ornaments way before the deadline to receive for Christmas. My ornaments never arrived. 2 weeks after ordering and no tracking number updates, I contacted PayPal, FWP decided to quicky update the tracking numbers. the ornaments never arrived still. PayPal weighed on FWP’s side and I lost My money and never received the ornaments. After numerous attempts to get my money back. FWP is still replying with your packages were delivered. It’s like talking to a wall! They have no other response. Now they send me a “how did we do” email in APRIL!!! REALLY!?!? They suck!!! The company is a scam!!! They stole my money! I wasn’t going to post a review. But now I’m being harassed and they still won’t give my money back! Hope their kids had a great Christmas with the money they stole from me. Lying, Theives!! Don’t order from them.... In regards to their reply below....what a joke!! They text me and called me and have screen shots. and haven’t reached me?!? I have screen shots too. Where you refuse to refund my money for products never received. Like I said. Still harassing me. Not trying to make the situation right by refunding me what they stole!! But trying to stand their ground that they’re a reputable company. Reputable companies do what’s right for their customers. A reputable company would reverse the charges for products not being received. And have the common sense to know that tracking numbers don’t mean squat when packages aren’t delivered to the appropriate addresses! Again! They’re a scam!!
