The whole ordering experience was great! Being able to personalize every detail and was very easy to do made the buying experience even better! I purchased this cup for my fiance and will order from this website again. Shipping did take longer than I expected, but that was probably my fault for not paying attention to the shipping times before I placed the order.

The ordering process was easy to use. A wonderful gift that is a permanent reminder of our loved ones. Would recommend!

The product itself is impressive me. It’s a good memory for 3 of my beloved doggies. When I received the product, I over-looked that the cloudy look caused by protection shield. I dropped a note to customer services and I received a prompt reply by educate me how to remove the shield to make the product a brighten one. All in all, product and after-sell services is impressive. Will buy from the shop again for sure.

Memory of my fiancee <3 I have seen commercials about these and thought it would be a nice memory. I was in contact with the company and could choose my own text and today the product arrived and it was better than I expected. Highest rating for results and the company. Thanx a lot!!!

I ordered a comforter and shams for my hubby for Christmas. It looks awesome. Delivery took awhile.

The personalised cushion I ordered was perfect. I have ordered other cushions and their quality is not as good as the fitware pro product. I highly recommend Fitware pro the service and quality was 10 out of 10.

We ordered the blanket again because we wanted the puppies on it as well. And we love the results again. Took less then 3 weeks from ordering it to getting it.

I ordered the memorial vet sweatshirt. asked if they could add my brother's kia info by flag. they told me to give them info and they would send me an email showing the complete project. sent it with my brother's name, brth day, kia date and Viet Nam. what they sent exceeded expectations! I actually cried when I got the shirt! PERFECT MEMORIAM! showed my son and daughter and they were blown away. it will be kept and not worn. too special. Wally would be proud. this follows the one i ordered for my "RAINBOW BRIDGE BOYS" which also was purfect and is being kept as special. they have a permanent customer. couldnt ask for better service, quality, shipping and cust. srv.
