I needed a part for my Nordic track, stationary bike that I was having a hard time finding. I contacted fitnessparts warehouse. They found it right away. Chris was so helpful. He sent me a picture of the part to make sure was the right part. It was. I ordered it on the phone with him. I got the part in three days and fit perfectly on my Nordic track stationary bike. I highly recommend fitness parts wsrehouse and will not hesitate to order from them again. Great company!

Great material

I left a voicemail and described the part I required. Got a call back from Chris in less than 10 minutes even though the Gold's Gym 290C cycle seat is not available nor can any other bike seat be altered to fit the necessary mounting configuration. I greatly appreciated his quick call back and suggestions for a workaround. Chris puts the 'care' in customer care!

I called to find out if they had a seat for my ProForm carbon CX home spinning bike. The seat on that bike for the manufacturer was grossly uncomfortable and anatomically incorrect for women. I spoke to Chris while we were talking on the phone, found a seat replacement on Amazon and suggested that I order it. He was very careful to make sure that it met the same specs as the Pro Form so that it would install correctly. He was right on! I received the seat yesterday and I'm a very happy customer!!
