Awesome program, I would recommend this to anyone. It broke down what needed to be learned. I took my first ACE exam without doing this program and I did not pass then decided to get a lil extra help and bought the study guide and quizzes and it really helped. I passed! Thank you

10/10 absolutely would recommend. Concepts and sciences explained extremely well so that anyone can understand them, key points (as seen on the NASM-CPT exam) emphasized and thoroughly explained, and the lectures by Eddie are fun and enjoyable to listen to (I listened to them while doing long walks/hikes. Made the “workouts” fly by and get more use out of the time walking). Absolutely helped me pass the NASM-CPT exam with ease.
