I am very disappointed in Fitness mentors with the lack of response/ customer service. The coure materials is pretty good and I was able to pass my CPT exam on the first try, but as soon as I passed it I couldn’t find my certificate which means I cant show that I passed it. Nothing in my account shows I even purchased the bundle, and nobody would respond to my emails, very frustrating.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed. I started taking the 7th edition course and it is very hard to follow because the information seemed to be recycled from the 6th edition. While I was following along in the book for chapter 2, the lecturer is referencing chapter 20 and pages in the 600s. I also noticed that things that seem to be important are not referenced in the course. For example SWOT.

My experience with fitness mentors was not a good one, unfortunately. I found it very frustrating that a lot of the information on the practice exams kept marking my answers as incorrect, but when I looked in my NASM book, I was actually correct. Fitness mentors also doesn't explain things very well in the audio section of the study guide. Someone is simply just reading the text to you, instead of having a helpful lecture of breaking down the material. I can read the book myself. Anyway, it was a waste of money for me. I don't recommend it. I'm glad others have found it more helpful.

Pretty just a review of what I already know. A basic personal trainer refresher course. Didn’t walk away with anymore knowledge than what I originally had. Disappointing.

Very helpful and reassuring when it came to passing the test. After having a question I called and had my question answered right away. After putting in the work passing the dreaded NASM was much less of a worry with Fitness Mentors.
