I found that I learned a lot through listening to the lectures and completing the quizzes ! However it was very challenging to follow along due to the fact that the study guide and the lectures didn’t coincide with the chapters in the current ace fitness book which made it hard for me to study. Also even though I did pass the ace fitness exam 70% of the questions on it weren’t connected to the study guide or practice exams ):

I am a pain physician focusing on chronic pain management. I joined this lesson hoping to learn the secret of giving exercise prescription to chronic pain patients. Now I am on the session of upper extremity. Unfortunately, this lesson seems to target return-to-training after acute injury, and this is not compatible with my expectation. I recommend that you can consider updating PEACE&LOVE principle for acute injury management in addition to POLICE or PRICE. Although PEACE&LOVE is not yet a “guideline”, but it stand for a paradigm shift for the concept of tissue recovery. On the other hand, ITB syndrome have been proved related to compression rather than friction. You can consider updating this part as well. As for technical issue, I personally wish your online videos provide functions of speed adjustment & subscriptions like Youtube. It would be more friendly to non-native English speakers. I am still on my way learning. I hope I will benefit from the following lessons. Happy new year.

i got ACE personal Trainer exam questions. Worst of all, some questions have wrong answers, i was sure when i saw same question, one in each exam, but in each case it has different answer!!! and there is no explanation for answers I have been promised practice questions for every chapter, and 2 full exams. the exams question are the same of the chapter exams, so i ended up with less than 200 instead of 400 + questions, and some of the question are similar to the one in the ACE course. the remaining questions are good it helps highlighting your weakness, definitely not worth the price tho
