4.5 Stars in reality, not 4. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because I rarely give 5 stars to anything, just high standards, BUT if they just tweak the 2 preparation exams to include a little bit more questions present in the final exam I would give it 5 stars. I like the lessons very much, the slides with the voice over explanations are very concise, practical and a fast way to remember the materials. The FORM model of designing programs is also very structured and gives you a nice baseline to feel confident at designing training programs in case you are new to personal training. I had no issues with support, on the contrary they were very prompt and helpful.

Good price. All of the chapter practice elements here very helpful for active recall. More video visuals would be nice to see things in practice would be helpful for people who are visual learnings and need to see it to process it.

Fitness Mentors offers a very solid CPT program entirely online. The course structure and progression makes sense and is easy to follow. The owner is very responsive and invested in his clients. The only small issues I encountered during my CPT studies were a couple inoperable links, brief audio issues during lectures and the discord group is not as active as I had hoped for collaborating with my peers.

What I appreciate is you taking topics that are coming to the forefront or are surrounded by confusion and you cut through the noise

Instruction and materials were clear and presented well. The only thing I would change is to add "Corrective Exercise" to the title of the course.

Future personal trainer, must say ,go for it

This course has made learning online for me a lot better than I ever expected. The only reason I did not rate the course a 5 star because I have come across several mistakes in the curriculum, but aside from that. This is amazing course to take, especially if you have a hard time learning outside of a classroom setting.
