While this was our technician’s first time assembling this specific model, he is highly experienced with fitness equipment and also holds a 5/5-star rating on Thumbtack. With thousands of machines on the market, it’s very common for installers to work with a model for the first time. We reviewed the photos of the completed assembly and everything looked great. If any issues arise, please know we’re always here to help. For reference, our technicians do not remove pallets or packing materials in case a return is needed within the 30-day trial period. The inquiry referenced a NuStep model that was originally manufactured in 1999. This discontinued unit is currently not advertised on our website and was not available at the time of the inquiry. We explained the well-documented challenges associated with parts availability and long-term service for equipment of that age—information consistent with manufacturer guidance. No order was placed, no payment was collected, and no product was substituted. Based on our customer service records, we do not have documentation of a call from this individual nine months ago.
