Fitness Equipment BrokerReviews of fitnessequipmentbroker.com

Having a phone conversation with Fitness Broker was very helpful in my making the decision to purchase the Spirit recumbent stepper. Israel provided me with useful information in a professional and friendly manner.

Easy too work with, professional attitude and efficiency. Well Done Semper Fi, Marine, Retired, Cave Creek, Az

This is a redo of my review .. I received the CRS800S machine only to find more than half the parts, bolts, nuts, washers had been poorly packed and with a hole in the box were missing .. I was very upset, but with the help of Spirit this was resolved so much quicker than I expected. So since I had given a review where I gave a 1 out of 5, I wanted to redo that review (hopefully I can delete that review) .. I will stick with my thoughts that this is far too involved an assembly for an amature to put together, but that aside the machine appears to be well built in its structure, and the parts missing is no one persons fault .. That being said I felt the need to redo this review because this problem I am sure is not indicative of the company, just a bad situation. Hope this clarifys my previous review .. I will say pushing a bit harder for new clients to get a professional to assemble this could save frustration for more people than just myself .. because there are a lot of bolts, screws, and washers that while numbered in the book are not numbered themself, and unless you are trained you will need to do alot of measureing of these parts to get the right ones in the right place.

I purchased equipment that is a good match for me. It was delivered as expected and assembled.

They were very hellpful in understanding what I needed.

Great service!

Always there when I had a question and gave a satisfactory answer

From my first phone call to delivery the process was informative, supportive and thorough. We had the pleasure of working with Isreal. He took the time to understand how we would be using the equipment. Then he led us to what would be the best item to suit our needs. We were able to check the equipment locally at a significantly higher price prior to making our final decision. Highly recommend!
