Paid for the unit had it delivered and has not worked for since i got it 3 weeks ago. No one is returning calls and being ghosted by the company. Not sure where to turn next.

Firstly I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at your gorgeous health club. It caters for so many people’s individual goals and needs and there is plenty of variety. I have always wanted to get a body scan done and was impressed with my report plus love that your hours are flexible. Tom my health coach was very informative, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with choosing the right programme for me. I love how your club works holistically (wellness, mind, body and soul) and I am very spiritual in nature so will definitely be looking at attending your candle lit yin yoga classes plus the gym (cardio mainly). Really cool avatar. The insights are really interesting and useful. Body Comp, measurements, and even posture info. I especially like that I can log in from any browser and see and compare any of my scan results without digging for a pdf file in my Gmail
