If we could give zero stars, we would. This company sold us a machine with a 35% fail rate for scans. We purchased this machine and immediately starting having issues which the company responded as "software issues" they are waiting on a fix for. We have requested a refund which was refused "per contract" but we reminded them the contract refers to working equipment. The VP of Business Development offered to provide resale instructions for the non-working unit (why anyone would sell a non-working unit is beyond us but they do this all the time obviously) which we still have not received. Their support team has stopped responding to to our requests over the last month. This is not surprising as their support team is all through their portal, no email, no phone and they have never responded timely with issues. This company is a scam. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Very Easy to use helpful information everything you could ask for in a body tracking tool during off season hockey training

Absolutely terrible experience so far with this device . Our facility has had the machine for over 2 years and it does not work more then it does . I regret purchasing this machine . It constantly has error messages that does not allow the machine to complete the process .

Patrick Donnelly went above and beyond! Our med spa was having difficulty setting up our Fit3D scale and he answered any/all questions fast and efficiently. Patrick mentioned he's not even in the support department and still managed to help us. Because of his answers, we were able to get the scale up and running in no time. Thank you again, Patrick!

DO NOT BUY! 8k wasted on technology that doesn’t work. Customer support non existent .

I have had nothing but problems with this company . I haven’t had my device for a month & it stopped working . Customer service is ONLY BY EMAIL! This is awful customer service! It’s been weeks with no return email from them or correspondence. I asked for a full refund of $7500 and no one even my sales rep Beau Byron will return my call or text . I message the CEO Greg Moore through LinkedIn weeks ago with no response even though he posted on his page! I am now working with an attorney because they are in breach of their contract ! Please do your homework, I didn’t & now I’m fighting for my money !!!

WARNING TO CURRENT FIT3D CUSTOMERS Warning! If you purchased this machine prior to 2022, your purchase agreement included a lifetime of software and updates. Fit3D is now trying to collect fees of $100-$250 extra per month to make your machine function as it curranty operates (coach/member view). These fees were not disclosed in your purchase agreements and are not legal to collect. Fit3D will tell you that they will go out of business if they do not collect fees from you and that there are other customers paying the fees. These are not valid excuses. Not collecting fees will not put this Silicon Valley tech company out of business. Their poor business practices and illegal actions will put them out of business first. NON FIT3D CUSTOMERS If you are here researching on whether to purchase a Fit3D machine, consider that they have told thousands of current customers that they are at risk for going out of business and not being able to provide service. This would make your expensive machines useless.

We’ve had Fit3D a couple of years. Our customers enjoy how easy it is to use and the large range of data and images. Everything has been smooth so far. We’ve tried other scanners and Fit3D has turned out so much better than them in terms of features and accuracy :)
