I purchased a pair of shoes
I purchased a pair of shoes, tried them on briefly inside my apartment, and returned them because they didn’t work for me. I never wore them outside or used them for running. Fit2Run denied my refund because of minor marks on the soles, classified the shoes as “used,” and would only offer a store gift card. I explained that they had only been tried on indoors and asked for a manager review, but they still refused. If you’re buying shoes that you may need to return after trying them on for fit, beware. In my case, an indoor try-on was enough for them to deny a refund to my original payment method.
